Environmental Education for Children and Teachers
As part of our “From Father to Son” program, we organized special workshops at local schools and kindergartens to raise awareness of environmental protection.
These fun and interactive sessions helped children understand how they can take care of their environment. In addition, we also provided a professional workshop for teachers, where they learned methods for teaching environmental responsibility in their everyday work. The goal was to create a long-lasting impact—not only on the children, but on the way local educators approach sustainability.

Kindergarten Fence Painting (EFS Department Initiative)
Our Engineering, Facility, and Services (EFS) team volunteered their time and energy to repaint the fence of a local kindergarten and renovate its playground area. This was a completely voluntary initiative aimed at supporting the community. The children expressed their gratitude by preparing a delightful performance for our team—an emotional moment that reminded us all of the power of small acts of kindness.

Firefighter Appreciation Breakfast
Every year on International Firefighters Day, we show our appreciation for the work of local emergency services. Our team invites the local fire brigade for a hearty breakfast at our site, as a small gesture of thanks for their continuous support and protection. It’s a long-standing tradition we are proud of and one that strengthens our bond with the community.

Toy and Donation Drives for Local Institutions
Our colleagues often initiate and participate in donation drives for local childcare institutions. For example, we organized collections for a nearby children’s home and nursery, gathering toys and supplies to bring some joy to children in need. These internal campaigns always receive great engagement from our teams, reinforcing the sense of shared responsibility and care.

Guinness World Record & Sustainability Education
We supported a creative and impactful project launched by Szabó Lőrinc Primary School in Nyíregyháza. As part of a sustainability awareness campaign, over 30,000 egg cartons were collected from regional schools. These were used to build large green pyramids, which were filled with vegetables and compostable materials. Around 300 students participated, learning hands-on about sustainability and home gardening.
We recognized this incredible initiative by awarding the school principal the honorary title of “Ambassador of Sustainability” and invited the participating children to visit our plant—a day they will hopefully remember for a long time.

#NotALuxuryBag Campaign
In recognition of International Women’s Day, our female colleagues took part in the #NotALuxuryBag campaign—a national initiative encouraging people to donate unused handbags filled with hygiene products to women in need. We collected numerous care packages and sent them to the partnering organization. The goal was not only to give, but also to show solidarity and support to women facing difficult life circumstances.
